- Thursday, 3rd July 2014. There will be a complete electrical shutdown. Bedford Library will be closed from 8.30 - midnight. Please use Luton LRC or Bedford Central Public Library (9.00-13.00) or Putnoe Public Library (9.30 - 18.00).
